Delegate Fast moves to amend the bill on page 8, section 13a, lines 89-94 by removing the strike-through and restoring the language as it currently exists in West Virginia code;

And,

On page 8, section 13a, line 89 by replacing the numerical value “$45” with the numerical value “$65”;

And,

On page 8, section 13a, line 95-102 by striking through the underlined subdivision (j)(1);

And,

On page 8, section 13a, lines 107-108 by replacing the numerical value “$50” with the numerical value “$65” on line 107 and  by replacing the numerical value “$70” with the numerical value “$85”.
